I'd love some comments

I'm not all that great at web design. CSS and HTML, but I'd love to get any comments on my site. There are a couple of things that I'm not sure about in my markup.

Not bad looking site. Here are my suggestions. I would use a background color that contrasts better with the drawing. Maybe black or gray. I'd also make the drawing and the text smaller. I also think you'd get more attention if the name of the page appeared somewhere. I'd suggest a banner.
