I need help creating a very basic website

I do not have any experience with web design, but I need to create a very minimal website. The site will be just a white page with black text and a pay pal link at the bottom. I will be using a special font that I purchased. Like I said I have no idea what I'm doing, but so far I am considering iPage as my host and using Wordpress software. But when I was looking as the Wordpress templates, they all seemed very designed. What's the best way to create the site I'm looking for?

you are not locked into using a prebuilt template with wordpress, you can make your own.
