Trying to buy my first place and everyone keeps saying to check out MLS listings, but I keep getting super overwhelmed with all the filters and weird duplicates. I’d love to hear how other people actually used it to find their house or if y’all just went straight through an agent who handled that mess. Did anyone have luck searching on their own? Any tips for cutting through all the noise? I’m worried I’m missing something obvious. Super open to opinions and stories, I don’t want to keep spinning my wheels if there’s a better way.
