Adwords is the best way to promote your website on a budget. I utilized a $1000 adwords campaign and gained significant traffic.

This is a paid links right? Well if you think you have a good services that you can really earn good revenue, then apply this. But SEOing your website can save your money from advertisement.

Maybe when you're promoting, try to promote to users that might actually be interested in the content of a page.
