How to make a login page?

I do not know how to make a login page work. I dont know how to setup databases or anything like that. Are there any programs that make it for me.

Just about any CMS will do that. My faves are Joomla and Wordpress, though I've used FrogCMS, Silverstripe, Mambo (Joomla's Mom) and I've dabbled with Drupal. All of these have a login function built right in. Joomla, Mambo and Wordpress are probably the easiest to build templates for.

A login page is usually written in PHP. That being said, I don't know any programs that create it for you, but it isn't very complicated. Check out these YouTube tutorials on creating one from start to finish. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oSCuEtxRK8

This should help.. Let me know if you need them to go to different pages depending on which user login is used.. I have used this easily in the past.
