Hello Everyone !! Help me about disavow link through webmaster tool? Recently Google released penguin update and advice to do google disavow so how to do please give step about this remove spam link.

How do you know the link(s) are 'spam'??

Are these links that you, or an agent acting for you placed or 'built'??

To file your disavow file, go to the disavow tool, and select your site from the dropdown list. Click "disavow links" and then "disavow links" again and then "choose file". This is where you will upload the .txt file that we just created.

After Google Penguin update there are remark for webmaster if your website got affect after this update then you have to do Google Disavow link and my website before update on the top of the SERP but after Google penguin update it going down.

That means nothing at all, and tells you absolutely nothing about links that you assume are a problem. 'Rankings' go up and down ALL the time and YOU are probably the only one to see these results, so making alterations based on such ephemeral 'data' is NOT a good idea.
