How to create a backlink that the tools also count in their backlinks list?

Hi guys,

I am facing a serious issue in link building in SEO. I create many forum post backlinks, web 2.0 backlinks but when I check that in ahrefs then ahrefs don't show that in the backlink lists. Please guide me about this.
