How to assign my site's mini logo in FrontPage 2003?

How do I assign an image to my website's little tag icon that appears to the left of the URL in the address line and to the left of the bookmark in the bookmarks section in FrontPage 2003?

When it says use an icon converter to create a favicon.ico you can use this site
http://www.rw-designer.com/online_icon_maker.php

Once you have got the favicon.ico file downloaded follow the last instructions on the htmlbasix website and put the code in your page.

Then it will show up.
