How simply add flash to PhotoShop made web site? (beginner)

Hi,

I have prepared my web pages in PS. Id like to add flash. I have tryed Dreamweaver, it looks perfect in IE but flash is bad distributed in FF.
Is there any really easy program or solution how add flash to prepared site in photoshop?
