How should i build a site like this?

Hi Everyone,

I was gonna sign up for a service that gives you a website like the one i have linked to here. The territory was already taken so i will just build my own. I want it to look similar to the one the company provides, i know it is not very pretty, but i just want it to be simple. Should i just use tables like they have done?, i am not very good with CSS.

I will use an IDX provider for the search option
