The College I went to updated their website and was wondering how they did pulled off this effect. The main image on the window changes every time it is refreshed. I couldn't find it in the code. Someone please help me out.

Looks like the site is based around Drupal CMS, so it's probably just a plugin. I haven't spent long looking into it, but the random image is probably php code code executed on the server before the page is loaded.

yeah its just a simple random image effect, this module might do the trick

otherwise its quite simple using php and/or javascript
