How do u make a large image fill the browser above the fold??

I was just wondering how u make a large image fill the browser above the fold. This seems to be getting pretty popular now. Here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://www.myspace.com/eminem or http://www.mint.com/ or http://osc4.template-help.com/wt_28763/index.html.

Positioning

Just use positioning like any other image you put on the page...Make sure it is as wide as your page and positioned near the top.
