How do I post a web/graphic design job offer?

Web Trader Rules
1. You must have a minimum of 10 quality posts in order to start a new topic in the Web Trader Offers forum.
2. You must have a minimum of 10 quality posts in order to reply to topics in the Web Trader Requests forum.
3. You may create no more than 1 topic per month in the Web Trader Offers and Requests forums.
If you just need help figuring out how to do something then just ask the question here or in the appropriate forum based on the topic of the question. If you're trying to hire someone to do it for you though then you'll need 10 quality posts to put it in that forum.
