How do I find a good company to design a Property Portal?

I'm looking to get a small, smart and expandable property portal website designed, along the lines of themovechannel.com but not as extensive (or, for that matter, exPensive)

How do I find a reputable designer who can actually replicate this sort of thing? There are so many designers out there!

Pretty much any web design business/company would do it. Though it would cost a lot. You can get quotes from web designers, so ask around and then choose a company that suites you the best.

You can organize a contest of graphic design in which new people can cum up with their creativity and you can select best and attractive that comes out perfectly for you. Beware of that in this you can interact with low quality and bad designing. It up to you how you face it and solve it.
