how do i add a search engine into my banner

if you visit www.tutorialized.com they have a search engine in the middle of their banner. how can i get that aswell

The banner is a background image. The search box is on top of it.

I would create a css file, then create a input box, then just make the position absolute to where you want to place it on your page.
