The button is my original created in photoshop. If there's a same button on some other website then it must be a coincident or they copied it from me

No, I don't say, that you've just taken it from other sites.
I mean, that it doesn't fit in design. But it's just my opinion. I think it's because right part of the element is too complex with too many lines:

Here we can see only 3 lines, while on the first picture there are 6 of them.
