Help with my website

Hey everyone, I'm a filmmaker/freelance videographer. I made a website for myself to use as a tool to tell about my services and show example work.

The site is here www.michaelrogersfilm.com

I was wondering if you all could give me some feed back or suggestions for it?

I already know there is a glitch in the navigation bar. I have the text over teh red/blue rollover button image, I'm not sure what to do so that the text doesn't interfere with the link/rollover. Help?

I've also notice that the alignment of the content goes all out of whack on other peoples computers. Help/ suggestions to fix?

Huge thanks in advance! Hope you all can help.

a doctype and char encoding would be a good start.

the page itself is coded horribly. tables, inline styles, deprecated elements etc etc.

also its a slice n dice site. which is nasty...

rebuild without photoshop.
then add imagery to the design, but dont build the design around images. tis a flawed technique which will only cause hassles.
