Help validating a form

Hi everyone. I'm virtually new to website building so please bear with me lol!

Iv'e used the appnitro site to create a web form. The form looks geat & its just what I need, but I'm clueless as to how to get it working so that the form comes to my inbox

I haven't included the source code in this post because it seems as if it would probably make my post really long! Could anyone help?

So far as I know (and I stand under correction here), mailing forms is impossible with client-side code like html or javascript.
You can do it with any server-side code though. I recommend learning asp.net and visual basic or php
