Hello friends in the house, please can anyone help in where i can download great joomla templates that wouldnt require one knowing css or html to be able to edit the back end. Thanks for your responses.

To edit templates in the Joomla! 'backend needs a VERY GOOD knowledge of HTML & CSS because YOU ARE editing the files directly AS PLAIN TEXT.
Now if you want a WYSIWYG template designer and [deity] only knows why you would, you should to buy a copy of Artisteer.
OR if you want all your template designs to look pretty much the same use Gantry, Wright, Warp, T3, Vertex, Expose or one of the other many and varied "frameworks".
