Right now the website is being built, therefore it doesn't have any texts added, I just want a concept about the overall layout, colors, and design.

You want a concept or feedback? I assume the latter...

First your lists should be in ul and li tags. Not use br to convert to new lines.

I don't like the fact that your pointer turns to text input when you use the top drop down menu. Your flash header text bounces in twice whenever I go to a new page, it's a little distracting. Your attorney profile text is a little disjointed when viewed in firefox. Personally I would move your contact form to the left, rather than have it centred as it looks out of place. If you wanted to make it really tidy, fix your validation errors. W3C shows you have 43 errors on your homepage alone. Apart from that, visually your design fits the type of company rather well.
