Google Indexing

You don't, Google finds your pages because search engines index URLs (aka pages) NOT 'sites'.

You get USEFUL links and Google will 'follow' those links.

1.Add your URL – Submit your website for inclusion in Google's index.
2.App crawling – Get your app indexed by Google.
3.Search Console – Submit a Sitemap of your website to Google.
4.Structured data – Label your structured content to help users find pages relevant to their search.

Place a unique content in blogger and text share the url in the web master
Add the url in the add property
Next, copy the meta tag and place in the blogger web master access section

1. Does nothing at all.

2. What if there is no App???

3. Also may not help; see 1 and 4 for why not

4. Won't help if search engines are not even crawling the URLs

Next, copy the meta tag
Any particular 'meta tag' there are hundreds of them.

Other than that;
Place a unique content in blogger and text share the url in the web master
Add the url in the add property
Next, copy the meta tag and place in the blogger web master access section
Save and Update the blogger.

WHAT ARE YOU talking about???

Update the blogger??? Which 'blogger'???? There are hundreds of thousands of 'bloggers' and that's only on wordpress.com

You don't need to submit your web pages for indexing. Once you are finish with the web development process create an XML sitemap of the website. Create an account on Google search console and add your website there. Add XML sitemap of your website to Google search console. You are done. Google will crawl and index your pages. Google will index your web-pages if you don't follow the above process but it can take more time.

Normally Google crawler finds your website and indexes it. But this can take some time. If you want to speed up this process use fetch tool provided by webmaster tools

The 'fetch tool' does NOT add the URL to the crawl schedule, Google are quite specific in telling you what the tool actually does and what it does not do.
