Getting Started With Photoshop CS3

I recently purchased a copy of adobe photoshop cs3 and now I need a manual or book to help guide me through. I'm totally clueless. Please refer me to a great book of tutorials or a website for a beginner like me.

Lynda.com will be the best for you. It is video tutorials, which I find work the best. Or just go to youtube.com and search photoshop cs3 tutorials.

I think Photoshop Studio Techniques is one of the most helpful books for PS I've ever come across... The Classroom in a Book series is ok, but very dry.
