Get products info from ebay or amazon

There are many websites actually do not have their own products but simply get products info from ebay or amazon, when you click buy it button on their website, the page will be forwarded to original source on ebay or amazon, of course, with afficiater id tracked.... ;)

I wonder how to do that, what's the basic requirement to build a website like this...
