Get Google to only show my first page

Google is currently showing my page in the search results with mainly the subpages it has found.

Kind of like this:
www.examplepage.com/following
www.examplepage.com/projectnr1
www.examplepage.com/contact

How should I change my code? I want the Google search results to only show the index page, like this:

www.examplepage.com

You can use .htaccess tecnique

try to stop spider with robots.txt on your root folder
use this sintax:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /following
Disallow: /projectnr1

It looks like your links are broken. That error appeared when I checked them.
