Thats running with php & a database (probably MySQL)....there should be plenty of premade php gallery scripts on the net - have a search.

I use Wordpress and really like the Lightbox script. If you use a content management system, I would highly recommend this one.

Install a wordpress:

then you have a number of options to get stunning galleries like:

NextGen Gallery
Flicker album
Lightbox 2

etc
