Gallery affecting my layout

I have downloaded a Flash Gallery (from www.flash-gallery.org) and it works great, except for some reason it pulls down my header a little which then makes my navigation sidebar look wrong. Any ideas anyone?

Add display:inline to the id #header. In Chrome, that seems to fix it.

I feel like I could put together a gallery like this in jquery now, but is it possible for jquery to perform animations this smoothly? Sorry to hijack the thread, but since the issue is resolved I don't see the harm..

I don't see why it couldn't be. I know it can be done in other variants like MooTools, AJAX and so forth. HERE are some nice examples.
