Hi, i'm new here and I have a question about a particular website i'm working on. I know it's acceptable to have a repetitive design for a website, but is it acceptable to have content that is repetitive too? If so, should only important information be repeated?
Basically, my friends mother asked me to review and fix up her website. She's a real estate agent, and I have noticed there's a lot of repetition of content.
This is her website

As you can see, a lot of the information can be found on the homepage, as well as within the navigation, such as the house listings and her contact information.
Another example which I looked at to compare is this other real estate agents website.

In his website, his contact information is present on the homepage, and can be found through the navigation.
