I'm nearing the point where I need to lodge my site with a hosting company in order to view/try/change my forms and database pages. The host therefore needs to be able to accommodate php/Mysql and preferably more than one site at a time. Any recommendations for free, or at least reasonably priced hosts for these working trial sites?

In free webhosting everthing is limited. There is no security and stability and without any prior notice they may close your site and you may loose all your important data. So, I'd recommend you to go for paid hosting cos its more secure and stable then free hosting.
