Forum on my homepage

First I just have to say that Im a rookie att making homepages and i need some help.

To my question: Im making a homepage i dreamweaver and i would like to have a forum on my page how do a make a forum? are ther som templets that I can use or are there any scripts? How do I create a forum?

There are templates or programs or whatever the name is. One of them is vBulletin (this forum is made with it). You can search on google for more info about it.

The forum must be on my homepage not a singel forumsite. Is that possible on vBulletin?
