Forum Banner Needed

Hello. I joined this site in search of a talented web designer who could get me a forum banner made qiuck & easy without the hassle of going through a freelancer website. I am willing to pay $20 for this banner through paypal.
The forum is located at http://taclan.hqforums.com/index.php?sid=de55dbb11159e703f60b779b985c267d i am not sure of the size need just a decent sized one. The banner should say "Twisted Alliance" on it and it is for a SAMP game clan which is grand theft auto san andreas multiplayer. You can use any image from that game but just make it look cool.
