Hi guys,
We have an online application form which delivers the results via a php form processor script to an email address.

The form is working nicely apart from two niggly issues which I can't seem to fix:
1. The following characters keep appearing in people's responses • and I think it's when they are using bullet points pasted into the text boxes. Also, apostrophes are causing similar problems giving ’.
2. For questions which provide a text area to input the response, the responses are returned with several empty lines between each line of text entered e.g.
Address box:
address line 1
address line 2
address line 3 etc.
Any ideas how I can fix this please?
