I just redid a contact form, and now nothing aligns right. Can somebody re-align this for me? Thanks!

If you can tell me what exactly needs to be aligned where, I can do that up for you.
I see a horizontal scroll bar that should be fixed, a "Contact Us" thats over to the right, and the Customers data not aligned with form fields. Are these the issues you want fixed?

I fixed it actually haha. But if you look at www.bkrietech.net/?page=contact and www.bkriegtech.net/?page=quote, one has a blue outline and the other doesn't. The one with the blue outline is picking up on the CSS, I'm not sure why the other is not...

I notice in your code you don't end your tags in the same order they are created, but I think the blue border problem lies in the fact you have defined a class on each "input" element in the quote page, and that class does not exist in your stylesheet.
That class is actually a style associated with a ID element, in your case the div with id = mainForm. In the contact page the input elements do not have that class assigned and the border works fine.
