I have no experience with flash. What thing is the best thing to make flash things on? I know that sounds confusing but I don't really know what I am talking about.

yeah ......... see when using flash btw when you put in sounds or videos on my site .. see when i preview it the sounds or videos dont play ... do i need to do sumit eles to make them work

there is a help section in your software on adding sounds to your flash movies that will walk you through the proper steps. It's fairly simple if you follow the directions but some know it alls like myself sometimes forget we need to read directions too. There will also be some help under the action scripting if you want to use triggers for some sound effects, etc.
