Hi,

I am new to web design and have recently bought a Swish web template from Swishzone together with their swishmax software to edit the template.

The Swishmax software was dictated by me buying a swish template and that I chose purely because it met all of my needs.

However, since this I have discovered that I quite enjoy creating web sites and would not necessarily have gone for Swish had it not been for them having a template that I really liked.

Now that I am getting in to it I am interested to learn more. In particularly;

What are the alternatives to Swishmax?

Are there any experienced users of Swishmax and the alternatives who have any valuable comparisons or advice to offer between them?

What is Dreamweaver?

What is macromedia flash?

What is Fireworks?

Hope to hear from some one so I can learn more.

All are macromedia products and information can be found at their website.

Flash is used to create audio, video, graphically rich sites similar to swish.
