flash not running on website

I uploaded a feedback page i made in flash, but for some reason its not working. can anyone help?

I looked at the source but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, except the comment
tags around the CSS which hasn't been necessary for a decade.

Why do you use noscript tags?

Yeah it's your flash code. When you publish the swf, make sure you publish the html file too. Open the published html file and copy the code from it & paste it into your feedback page.

Double check your paths - or try using an absolute url and see if that helps. You could also use swfObject instead of embed to keep your page standards compliant & display alternative content (instead of "Plug-in Required" when Flash isn't available.)

thanks for all your help. There was issues with my coding. I recently upgrade to CS3 and there were all types of script that i didn't know of before added.
