Flash animation

I dont have a specific question but i've been starting to look into flash, cause i have a real simple idea that i want to make reality in flash (for alittle flashier website *giggle*).

So my question is if someone knows of a simple introduction/guide to begin with flash? Or if someone maby have the heart and time to help me and my 1000 questions out? :)

Aye :)

I actually made great progress (for going from absolute 0) last night on my flash anim.

Though, i'm a bit conserned with if the lights are actually showing. They are not ment to be really bright, just alittle glowing from time to time.
