The header image looks a little too faint.
Also the spacing between paragraphs is a bit too large.
Also one of the lines is appearing over the text, not sure if that was intentional, but it looks out of place.
The layout/navigation is good.

Thanks for taking the time to make a comment about my pages, you are right about the header design but it is not my guilt, the proyect is an initiative that do not have funds or sponsors yet, we are still looking for someone willing to design a foto logo for the site, we are also trying on hour on.
