We've got a few different services we could push harder this quarter, but deciding where to put the sales effort is mostly based on old CRM data and whatever prospects happened to mention on recent calls. Meanwhile, potential buyers are constantly talking online about problems, asking for recommendations, comparing alternatives, and complaining about products they already use. I'd like to know which of those conversations actually line up with what we sell and where we're seeing enough current demand to justify more attention from the sales team. How are companies turning public buyer conversations into useful intelligence for deciding where the next revenue opportunities are?
