Looking fairly nice, the only thing I would suggest is that a lot of sites with your sort of one page set up tend to use JavaScript scrollers (look up jQuery) to navigate to a div/page, it makes it smoother. Good job though!

I might move your services block to the top of the page so folks know what it is that you do right away.

I would try to condense the whole thing a lot more. Less text, less depth on the image sections. Try not to have so much vertical scrollbar...if need be, push off the extra content to other pages.
