Hi there, couple of things

Firstly, if you are planning on leaving the page with a simple image header and text then I would recommend (1) changing the font, Times New Roman isn't the best as regards to web design. And (2) centering the entire page (image and text).

You could also try to get a basic template up, there are a number of free web templates around that you can use providing you acknowledge the creator of the template.
