embed music video

hey guys so im currently hosting a site called www.macwrestling.com
its for my wrestling team
and i need some help with media players
i bought an hd camera and it films in mpg but converts poorly to flash video but very nicely to wmv.
but i do not have the slightest idea on how to post an embed windows media player and file
please help

If you want video on your site you should only use FLV. Try using the FLV format and an open source video player like JWPlayer to play the file.

Do you happen to have Adobe Media Encoder and/or Dreamweaver? That makes everything very easy (bcee is totally right about FLV's).

If you don't have that software, you can send the file to me and I'll convert it and generate the code for you.
