Need help!

Working on my 1st ecommerce website. I basically need to create a form the will allow people to submit orders, but NOT check out.

It is a pantry business which is like a deli + mini mart.

Basically i will need to make an online ordering form that will submit peoples order to an email address, but not "check out" i.e. pay. They will just order online and pick up at the store.

Anyone have an ideas? help? or suggestions to lead in direction? anything would be appreciated! Thanks.

Seems silly to not offer the option to pay online. Someone could easily place a large order then never show up.

Magento is a great open source CMS designed for showcasing products. While a COD (cash on delivery) option is not yet implemented, a user has already done the labor for you and tells how to add this functionality:
