Easy Project - Tabbed Browsing Menu

Hi I downloaded a free Wordpress theme called "Internet Sharing" and really love the look of it. You can see it on my website www.globalresortsnetworkmentors.com

I wanted to add some additional functionality to it though and was wondering if there was a way to add drop down menus to each of the main tabs similar to how the archives drop down menu works.

I want to be able to navigate to sub-pages of the parent page through those drop down tabs that appear when you click or hover over the main tabs.

Is this possible to do?
