Drop Down List (not a menu)

Hello,

This may be a simple question, but I've been unable to find a proper solution. I'm looking to make a drop down list (preferably one that 'trees out' into subcategories) so that people can select programs. Here is an image of what I'm looking for, to get a better idea:

I have access to Dreamweaver, if that helps. Any help would be appreciated.

If anyone could at least tell me the actual name of what I'm looking for, I can try to search for it on the net. I have tried Google, but I keep getting drop down menus, which is not really what I want.

I believe it's called a html selection list. If you want sub categories you will have to use some kind of scripting (ie. Javascript or PHP)
