Hi, I just made a new version for my site.
    (it's not yet uploaded)

I want to ask these :
    1) Will this, affect google's page rank for my site ? Right now, I have pr:4, and the h1,h2,h3 tags will be different.
Also, the pages titles, the metadescriptions and the main content (slightly) will be change. Will this affect my site's current position at search results?
    2) Will i have to re-submit my new site to webmaster tools ?

SGB Pagerank has NOT been updated in over a year and probably will never be updated again.

The two have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with each other

    Of course it will.

only if you are changing the domain name as well

Page Rank is no longer available and its only DA that matters nowadays.

    No it does not.

DA (aka 'Domain Authority') is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING it all to do with search engines. AT ALL. It is something that was invented by "SEO MOZ". It affects NOTHING at all other than sales of their "tool kit".
