Document download access control

Does any one here know about a good document access control program/script? What I am looking for is something that would allow, rather than direct download, for the user to enter information about why they need it, who they work for... Possibly send a tokenized link to their email that would then allow download. Thanks!

Are you using a popular CMS by any chance? You may be able to find something that'll work if you are using Wordpress something like that.

Also what scripting language do you prefer? PHP, ASP, etc.

Thanks, I'll have to look into it. In the meantime, I had not yet found one and have started to write my own(php).
