Desperate for help on flash and iframes

I don't know much about web design but I'm working on a web site for my dads business and I've currently constructed a page with a table which has an iframe to the right half of the page and a flash menu to the left (made in swish).

The problem is, is that the swish menu needs to have sub (pop-up) menus appearing on certain buttons on the 'over' state. However, I need these pop-up menus to appear over the iframe because I cannot leave enough space between the flash movie and iframe or it will look unprofessional.

I have never touched java script in my life but if there is no way this overlapping can be achieved using a basic swish or macromedia flash movie then could you please link me to a novices guide of achieving this in java script.

i dont get exactly what you are trying to do?

Are you wanting to change an image when you mouseover the defult image?
