I need to design 980x80 banner using photoshop.
What I want to ask is What should I Do for this purpose to have the most quality.
1- I should design Project in i.e. 1800x400 and then resize it to 980x80.
2- From First Create New project in 980x80.
My Most Problem is with Fonts Size.

I would say do it at the size you intend it to be so then you know exactly how it is going to look as you make it.
