hey guys,
excited to hear some feedback on a site we just launched: http://blazinhydrographics.com.

Very pleased personally with how my huge efforts in responsive-adaptive site formatting turned out! :)

question: how many of you guys prefer to remove webkit font sizing? Takes a while to overcome all of the different styles this automatically fits on iPhone, etc. screens, but totally worth the effort for complete control over your design if you ask me! :)

This is NOT directed toward anyone on this forum, but simply a general plea to all website design students (which we should all consider ourselves for the entire duration of our career/hobby): PRETTY PLEASE, if you are not 100% clear on what responsive design is, or how it differs from and relates to adaptive formatting techniques, LOOK IT UP! :) So many people misuse these 'hot in the industry' terms.. do your self a huge favor and quickly look it up while nobody is looking so you don't end up embarrassing yourself.

And you were wondering why you got some grief (mainly from me) for appearing somewhat 'spammy'????

Man, just look at that thread title, subtle hinting is really not your strong point :)

While it may not be your intent to come across as spamming, but that IS how it appears and is a good example of how people get search marketing wrong.

You do not need to use a sledgehammer to drive the message home nor do you need to bludgeon your way in to peoples psyche.

Its nice and modern site.
I like it.
I dont like much the "metalic" background that layes beneath the slider.
Maybe without that, it would be more beautiful!
Bit it's great work!

Hi Lionel, and thanks for the feedback!
This project was actually a lot of fun especially due to the fact that it is way outside my personal "design preference". I really enjoy working on projects that are a bit outside my standard processes. Helps me to keep my skills sharp! :D

The target audience for Blazin Hydrographics is mainly people wishing to camouflage their hunting equipment :)
