css help

i'm fairly new with web design. i know how to hand code html, decent with photoshop (along with bringing it into dreamweaver), but using html then laying out with css i completely suck at. anyone know a really good tutorial? i really want to do a fully hand coded website, so please help...:confused: thank you in advance.
